We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn technical gear, provided all original tags are attached. Please ensure items are tried on indoors to maintain their 'new' condition for a full refund or exchange.
How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard shipping for skis and snowboards typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. All equipment is shipped in reinforced, double-walled cardboard boxes to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Do you ship internationally for ski trips abroad?
Currently, we ship to most major countries including the USA, Canada, and Europe. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the gear and the destination country.
Are the products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Absolutely. All new equipment sold at Snow Skiers Warehouse comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty against defects. This typically covers one to two years from the date of purchase, depending on the brand.
