Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Snow Skiers Warehouse, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next alpine adventure; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment and apparel in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, mounted skis and technical safety gear cannot be returned once the seals are broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed RMA form inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
